Scholarship opportunities are offered for snowcamping students who are experiencing financial hardships.

In addition to scholarships that waive the $145 Snowcamping fee, scholarship students may also apply for an additional stipend of up to $100, to cover additional expenses such as transportation costs, hotel stay, or gear rental.  For example, potential additional expenses might include:

• Gas for rideshares: $20-$50
• Hotel (optional): $60-$100
• Snowshoe rental: $18-$35
• Other gear rental: $25-$40
